"You Are So Very Loved"

Do you know you that you are loved, perfectly and patiently loved?

John 3:16-17 says...

16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 

17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

John 3:16 is probably one of the most famous verses of the bible!  But verse 17 is also so beautiful.

These verses are truly a huge part of our faith and life!  

These words were memorized 80 years ago, by Jen's dad when he was a young boy.  He was very proud and loved the fact that he knew BOTH verses, not just 3:16.

Over 80 years later, it would actually be through these verses that Howie would ultimately confess that Jesus was his Savior.

Just a few short days later, Howie would be with home with Jesus.

Thank you God for sending your one and only son and thank you for your word that says in Romans 10:9...

"if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
